Basic cheese platter (biscuits, melba toast, pretzels)
with a choice of 5 of the following:
- Cream cheese (Chives & onion or smoked ham)
- 2 seasons or garlic pepper yoghurt cheese
- Gouda cheese
- Cheddar cheese (3 months)
- Matured cheddar (6 months)
- Brie
- Camembert
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Sweet watermelon preserve
- Calamata olives
- Simonzola (Italian style blue cheese)
- Green figs
- Gherkin schnibbel (sweet & sour gherkins).
Additions to cheese platter / other choices:
- Bread: Brown seed bread or ciabatta.
- Meat choices: salami, smoked chicken breast, beef biltong, ostrich carpaccio, springbok carpaccio, smoked salmon slices.
- Pate: Ostrich, spingbok, kudu.
- Salad: Green side salad.
