NV Cuvee De La Maison Chardonnay/Pinot NoirRefreshing white fruit and yellow apple flavours with light leesy secondary flavours and a whiff of frambois, not overly complex. To be enjoyed anywhere and everywhere.
VINIFICATION
Whole bunched pressed with only the cuvee of 500l/ton used. Stainless steel fermented and blended then aged on the lees for 6 months before secondary fermentation in the bottle. “Sur lies” for 12 months before degorging. 80% Chardonnay 20% Pinot Noir
